products. Reputable operators will include member

Q: How do I search on Adventure Engine?
The possibilities are endless! You can search for
products on Adventure Engine according to group size,
availability, location, activity, price, hot seats,
physical restrictions and more! This allows you to
customize your trip exactly to your needs.
Q: Is there anybody I can call if I have a question?
Adventure Engine has a toll-free call center. If you
ever need assistance you can call or e-mail us anytime
and there will always be somebody available to assist
you.
Q: What happens after I complete my booking?
Once you pay or place a deposit on a trip you will
be emailed a receipt, itinerary and contact information.
The tour operator may call or email you to follow
up to confirm your details for the trip. Your itinerary
is stored online for you to check from anywhere in
the world. The details of your trip are also kept
online for 6 months after the trip is over, or until
you delete them.
Q: What if I want to make changes to my booking?
You can store products in your shopping cart for 7
days with Adventure Engine and edit all content. Once
you have paid for an item, any changes must be made
directly through the tour operator. Remember, most
often, deposits are non-refundable. Refer to individual
trip information.
Q: I have purchased a tour through a search bar on
another website, how does this work?
The site with the tool bar is a reseller. They have
programmed search results to show only their members
or regions activities. Your purchase is still made
with Adventure Engine Inc. and remains secure.
Q: What do all the features on Adventure Engine mean?
Hot Seats – Hot Seats allow you to purchase
select seats for a discounted price at the last minute.
Keyword – Conducting a search using the keyword
feature allows you narrow down your results significantly.
Specialty – Conducting a search using the specialty
feature also allows you to narrow your results. Examples
of specialties are educational tours, family parameters,
accessibility and more.
