Adventure Engine offers information on a huge variety of activities from backcountry heli-skiing and snowboarding to museum and vineyard tours. Regardless of your idea of adventure, AE has something for you!

Q: When purchasing products, will my credit card information be safe?
Yes! Adventure Engine has 128-bit encryption, and the bank service provider completes the credit card service so your card numbers are never stored on Adventure Engine.

Q: What about my personal data?
Adventure Engine does not sell our customer data. It is stored in our database and recalled dynamically to fill fields for the reports you require.

Q: Will I get good deals if I purchase products from Adventure Engine?
Yes! Not only do we offer a fast and simple way to search and compare operators according to price, but you also have the option of searching for ‘hot seats’. Hot seats come available when operators sell last minute seats on existing tours at a discounted price.

Q: Will I be charged a ‘service’ or ‘convenience’ fee for booking with Adventure Engine?
No! Adventure Engine offers it’s product at absolutely no charge to travelers wanting to search and book their ultimate adventure vacation.

Q: Is there a process for checking the reliability of the Suppliers?
Adventure Engine staff calls the licensor of the operator (City Hall / Association) to confirm the business information before allowing operators to load their products. Reputable operators will include member accreditations and history in their company description. Please choose an operator that fits with your comfort level. Adventure Engine cannot guarantee the operator product. Please see our wavier and terms and conditions before purchasing a trip.

Q: How do I search on Adventure Engine?
The possibilities are endless! You can search for products on Adventure Engine according to group size, availability, location, activity, price, hot seats, physical restrictions and more! This allows you to customize your trip exactly to your needs.

Q: Is there anybody I can call if I have a question?
Adventure Engine has a toll-free call center. If you ever need assistance you can call or e-mail us anytime and there will always be somebody available to assist you.

Q: What happens after I complete my booking?
Once you pay or place a deposit on a trip you will be emailed a receipt, itinerary and contact information. The tour operator may call or email you to follow up to confirm your details for the trip. Your itinerary is stored online for you to check from anywhere in the world. The details of your trip are also kept online for 6 months after the trip is over, or until you delete them.

Q: What if I want to make changes to my booking?
You can store products in your shopping cart for 7 days with Adventure Engine and edit all content. Once you have paid for an item, any changes must be made directly through the tour operator. Remember, most often, deposits are non-refundable. Refer to individual trip information.

Q: I have purchased a tour through a search bar on another website, how does this work?
The site with the tool bar is a reseller. They have programmed search results to show only their members or regions activities. Your purchase is still made with Adventure Engine Inc. and remains secure.

Q: What do all the features on Adventure Engine mean?
Hot Seats – Hot Seats allow you to purchase select seats for a discounted price at the last minute.

Keyword – Conducting a search using the keyword feature allows you narrow down your results significantly.

Specialty – Conducting a search using the specialty feature also allows you to narrow your results. Examples of specialties are educational tours, family parameters, accessibility and more.
