Q: I can’t login to my Portal/reseller?
Preferably your user id and password is the same for
both your supplier account and your portal account.
Check that you are entering the correct user id and
password and choosing the correct login type <reseller>
Q: How long does it take to make a portal? Can I
do it or does my web master have to do it?
As soon as you complete the 1-page registration for
your portal (register as a reseller), you can edit
the look of your portal (font and background colours)
and constrain your search results to show only your
trips. (You can go back in and edit these features
anytime).

can upgrade to a reseller subscription and earn commissions
selling trips for other operators. Call 1-800-993-6648

When you complete your portal registration, your
portal code will be emailed to you AND it is available
to copy from <view my portal> in your reseller
administration panel. You or your webmaster just need
to create a blank template page of your website, copy
and paste the portal code into that blank page and
then create a link to that page. The link could be
a button on your home page that says something “click
here to book trips”.

Q: How do I constrain my search results to show my
trips only?
After you login as a reseller you will be in the Administration
Panel, move down to “edit search constraints”
click. Go down to the ”show only results suppliers”
box highlight your company and then update.
