How does the marketing and distribution solution work? |
What your company does:
Tell our staff which trips you want loaded from your
website, our staff then loads as many trips as you want.
We will then finalize details not available on your
website like content to be sent in auto follow up receipt
emails, deposit and balance due amounts (again automated)
and other administrative trip details.
What Adventure Engine does for you:
We takes those trips and send them out for review and
sale to websites like WestJet Airlines, GoWorldTravel,
Merit travel, Unaira and more totaling over 1 million
hits a month on portal pages.
Once registered with Adventure Engine we show your trips
to every new distributor. Our distribution network is
growing all the time. You don’t have to pay any
additional fees to be shown on the distributor sites
and your programs will automatically be available to
every new agent we add to the network.
We save you time and money by providing an efficient
system for your current partner sales. You set the commission
and we not only provide the technology for your partners
to list and sell your seats on their sites but AE also
manages the commission tracking and payment.
For trade shows you send your marketing material to
Adventureengine or the show location dependant on the
program. Our staff will be well versed in your programs
and be able to promote it to ends consumers, agents
and distributors for you.

What is the difference between the Marketing and Distribution
option and the full reservation system? |
The Marketing and Distribution program is for companies
that may not be ready to switch to a new reservation
system but still want to increase their marketing exposure,
add their product to the distribution network and make
dealing with their own agents easier.
Your staff will continue to use your current booking
process for all your in house reservations.
Companies can commit "blocks" of seats to
the AE system or use AE to sell trips in parallel to
their own office sales

Pricing |
Flat fee of $1000 (Canadian) per year.
Only 1% transaction fee for any seats sold to an agent.
Commission rates set by your company
No click through costs!
You can add an online "store" to your own
company website so you can sell your trips from your
own site as well. Save time for yourself and clients.
This means clients can see your availability right away
so they know you have a trip for them. After they call
and make arrangements with you they can return to your
site to put down a deposit or pay in full. This takes
only minutes to set up and doesn’t require any
changes to your current website.
This include merchant accounts and trip pricing converter
for US, Canadian, GBP, Euro and Australian dollar for
your international shoppers.

At Adventure Engine our aim is to make running your
business easier and more efficient so getting started
is as easy as A.B.C.
Step 1: Activation
This is where you register your company details, choose
a username and password and submit a business information
form. It takes about 10minutes to fill in the necessary
information and if accepted, we will activate your account
within 48 hours
