means you don’t have to invest in expensive
software. Once you enter your trip information in
the central database you access your own secure administration
area with a personal login code. From this area you
can edit your trips, update company information and
most importantly process those sales that come in
by phone, fax or email.

stored in the central Adventure Engine database. From
here, using the shopping portals or XML feed technology,
this information can be sent out to any distributor
that has the Adventure Engine booking engine (portals)
on their website. These portals allow customers to
search, compare and buy the type of adventure trip
they are looking for. Inventory is updated automatically
when a sale is made regardless of what website it
was made from.
Adventure Engine suppliers can take advantage of the
increasing trend of consumers using the Internet to
research and purchase their adventure holidays without
spending time and money establishing relationships
with major distributors or advertising on sites. A
distributor could also include your local accommodators
that are referring customer to you and of course your
own agents you currently work with. Now they can check
availability and book online right away!
There is no set commission required to participate

The Adventure Engine system uses 128 bit encryption
(like a bank) and backs up its data every 60 seconds
so all of your customer information is safe. You can
download all reports and data to your system. But,
if your computer crashes don’t worry as your
data is safe on Adventure Engine. Your customer information
is owned by you and is only accessible by you using
