| The adventure of trekking in the Everest region
starts with a flight into the tiny airstrip of Lukla.
Spend several days trekking through the homelands of the Sherpa people, among their villages and Buddhist monasteries, with views of Everest and neighbouring Ama Dablam, considered by many to be among the most beautiful mountains in Nepal. Stroll around Namche Bazaar, the bustling market
town in the heart of Sherpa country and soak up the magnificent mountain scenery.
Without doubt, the highlights of the trek are the awe-inspiring views of some of the biggest mountains in the world which unfold the further you venture into the Khumbu valley; not forgetting, of course, the personal sense of achievement in reaching the Everest Base Camp.

| Trekking in the Annapurna region provides dramatic contrasts between green terraced farmland of the Marshyangdi valley and the massive peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna. These peaks include Mt. Manaslu, Buddha Himal, Annapurna II & IV Gangapurna and Tilicho. In spite of the great heights of the surrounding peaks and ice walls, the valley floor between provides some of the best trekking in Nepal. Highlights include: the Thorong La (5416m), which must be crossed on the Annapurna Circuit trek, to reach the sacred site of Muktinath. This temple complex is a pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists and from here the sunrise on Dhaulagiri is particularly striking. Descending from Muktinath, you will be rewarded with great views of the Mustang region and caves in the northern hillside used as shelters by Tibetan refugees after China took over Tibet. Descend through the beautiful river valley into the world\'s deepest river gorge, carved by the mighty Kali Gandaki River, as it slices between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs. Relax in the hot springs at Tatopani and ascend Poon Hill for sunrise and panoramic mountain views over the Annapurnas, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Ganagapurna, Annapurna III, Nilgiri, Machhapuchhare, Dhaulagiri & many more. The trek itself ends in Pokhara, with its beautiful setting on the shores of the lake.

| This wonderful tour allows you to experience the colours, peoples, cultures and landscapes of India. During this fourteen day journey, we take in some of the cultural highlights, such as the Taj Mahal, the Pink City of Jaipur, and the City Palace of Udaipur.
The tour starts in the capital Delhi, a fascinating blend of the old and the new. We move on to Agra and the spectacular white marble of the Taj Mahal contrasting so well with the red sandstone of Fatehpur Sikri. Another cultural highlight is Jaipur, better known as the Pink City, with its imposing Amber Fort as its famous landmark, but the City Palace and Hawa Mahal are not to be missed. We take a rickshaw ride through Jaipur market, overnight at Pushkar, home of the famous annual camel fair, and explore the Jain Temples and the forts of Kuchaman, Khejerla and Jodhpur. Finally we visit Udaipur, a beautiful, romantic city surrounded by lakes, before returning to Delhi and the end of our journey.

| This trip not only offers an authentic insight into the great cultural and religious lifestyles of India, but is also a combination of temples, palaces, architecture and of course wildlife. We venture into the heart of Kipling country and visit two of India’s most famous wildlife reserves in search of tigers, the most majestic of all animals.
The tour starts in the bustling capital of Delhi, and then visits the beautiful city of Jaipur known as the Pink City, where we explore the Amber and City Palaces. We then head to India’s premier wildlife reserve, Ranthabore National Park for game drives to spot tigers and other wildlife, before journeying to Agra with its Mughal architecture and the beautiful white marbled Taj Mahal. We take in Gwalior, the capital of the Scindia Dynasty, the beautiful town of Orchha and the erotic temples and sculptures of Khajuraho. Bandhavgarh Park is our next venue for tiger spotting, before travelling to the holy city of Varanasi on the River Ganges, our final stop before returning to Delhi.
